Positive: Excellent location right on the waterfront. We visited in winter and it was very quiet. Hotel is esthetic, spacious and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking is very accessible. Make sure you bring the parking ticket to the front. Breakfast is served at the cafe right inside the U2 and was great. I was a tiny bit concerned that our room entrance faced the restaurant, but the room was incredibly quiet and comfy!
Negative: The shower was not water tight, but not a huge deal.

Positive: Funky little hotel right where we needed to be for our cycle tour. Facilities were fantastic and the thought of those little things that make a stay special - bags taken to to room when we arrived early, treats on offer around the facility- great laundry and some alfresco dining opportunity. Food was fantastic

Positive: Everything under one roof, hotel, bakery, bar, restaurant. Staff welcoming even to hot & disheveled bike riders. More than helpful when we needed to park bikes and sort panniers. Once checked in , room/bathroom had everything we needed to clean up and rest up

Positive: It was a complete package. Room, restaurant, cafe, bike shop etc. Everything there! Location for the bike trail perfect. The whole building has a great look and a great feel. The room was really nice. ( see below)
Negative: As others have said the room was a little dark, with no natural light. The coffee shop and bakery don’t open till 9.30.. I understand it’s business and not directly the hotel, but makes it a little disappointing if you start before that.
